Ukrnafta's supervisory board terminates powers of four board members
The supervisory board of public joint-stock company Ukrnafta has decided to early terminate powers of four board members in the person of Oleksiy Kusch, Mykhailo Bakunenko, Mykhailo Hnip and Natalia Dolina, the press service of Naftogaz Ukrainy reported last week.
Powers of one more board members Volodymyr Pustovarov will be early terminated on December 22, 2015.
The supervisory board elected three new board members.
The supervisory board selected PricewaterhouseCoopers (Audit) to conduct an independent audit of the Ukrnafta's report.
At the meeting Board Chairman Mark Rollins presented a report on the financial situation in the company and the reasons of forming the debt to the national budget of Ukraine.
The supervisory board also discussed strategic ways of the company's development.
