Ukrtransgaz finishes building new ten-kilometer section of Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhgorod pipeline
PJSC Ukrtransgaz has completed the construction of a new section of the Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhgorod trunk gas pipeline with a length of 9.82 km and a diameter of DN 1400, which will replace the old decommissioned section, the press service of the company has reported.
The new pipeline has been tested for leaks and its strength and documents are being prepared for filing with the State Architectural and Construction Controls Inspectorate.
As reported, Ukrtransgaz, 100% owned by Naftogaz Ukrainy, operates a system of trunk gas pipelines and 12 underground gas storage facilities in the country.
