Suspension of coal shipments from ATO zone due to technical reasons – Energy Minister
Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of Ukraine Volodymyr Demchyshyn has said that the suspension of coal shipments from occupied areas of Donbas is due to technical reasons.
"The reasons are different: someone has no diesel fuel, someone something else, but this is not related to political issues," he said at a press conference in Kyiv.
The minister said that the supplies were suspended on November 20.
As reported, DTEK reported the suspension of anthracite shipments from the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone from November 20.
Coal reserves will allow the DTEK stations to continue work as usual for about 28 days.
