EC revokes tender to provide EUR 3 mln in technical aid to Ukraine for energy sector reforms
The European Commission (EC) has revoked a tender to select a consultant to provide technical assistance to Ukraine on energy sector reform.
"The offers of all bidders of the tender did not meet the minimum requirements presented in the technical task," the EC said.
The commission has not provided information on the new tender.
As reported, the budget of the program on technical assistance in the energy sector reform is EUR 3 million.
Ernst & Young Audit Services LLC, Deloitte & Touch USC, BSI, AETS, Hulla & Co. Human Dynamics KG, Kantor Management Consultants S.A. and Ramboll Danmark A/S took part in the tender.
