Court confirms termination of Ukrburshtyn's bankruptcy
The Rivne Economic Court of Appeals has confirmed the decision of the Economic Court of Rivne region dated October 7 on the termination of bankruptcy proceedings against state enterprise Ukrburshtyn, Minister of Economic Development and Trade Aivaras Abromavicius tweeted.
"The state confidently affirmed its rights to Ukrburshtyn in the Rivne appeal. We've won! The villains haven't succeeded!" he said.
The official website of the Rivne Economic Court of Appeals states that the issue was considered on November 12 on the appeal of arbitration manager Olena Levkovych with the participation of the prosecutor's office of Rivne region.
As reported, the Economic Court of Rivne region on October 7 stopped the bankruptcy of state enterprise Ukrburshtyn at the behest of State Joint-Stock Company Ukrainian Polymetals.
