Air Astana to increase number of Kyiv-Almaty flights from Dec 5
Air Astana (Kazakhstan) will increase the number of flights between Kyiv and Almaty from three to five a week from December 5, 2015 until March 26, 2016.
The airline said in a press release that starting from December 5, flights will operate on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. The journey will take approximately five hours.
According to the airline's booking system, fares for Kyiv-Almaty flights start from $293 for a one way ticket.
The airline offers code sharing flights via Almaty to Asia, particularly, on the Kyiv-Beijing, Kyiv-Deli, Kyiv-Bangkok, Kyiv-Kuala-Lumpur, Kyiv-Hong Kong and Kyiv-Seoul routes.
Air Astana was registered in 2001 and it launched its first flight from Almaty to Astana on May 15, 2002.
