Ukraine will stop importing electricity from Russia on Wednesday or Thursday, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn said after a cabinet meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.
“It will happen today or tomorrow,” he said.
He said that works at Khmelnytsky and Rivne nuclear power plants (NPPs) that will boost electricity transmission from these plants are being finished.
