Ukraine, Turkmenistan discussing creation of JV in processing industry - Poroshenko
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that at negotiations with his Turkmen counterpart Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow they discussed the prospect of creating joint ventures JVs) in processing industry.
"Separately, we’ve discussed a prospect of creating joint ventures in processing industry not only for Turkmenistan, but also for entering the markets of other states," Poroshenko said after the talks with the Turkmen president in Ashgabat on Thursday.
He said that the talks with Turkmenistan were fruitful, adding that new opportunities are opening.
"With the purpose of creating a mutually beneficial environment we've agreed to create the council for industrial policy," Poroshenko said, adding that this is stipulated in corresponding agreements signed today.
