France's AXENS to draw up project on reconstruction of hydroprocessing and isomerization units for Ukrtatnafta
Public joint-stock company Ukrtatnafta (Kremenchuk Oil Refinery, Poltava region) has signed an agreement with AXENS engineering company (France) on drawing up of a basic project on reconstruction of hydroprocessing and isomerization units С5/С6.
Ukrtatnafta said in a report that the agreement was signed in September 2015.
As reported, the company in 2010 started producing Euro-4 petrol thanks to the modernization of one of catalytic reforming units for catalytic hydrodesulfurization of petrol. The project was fulfilled using the solution of the grantor of the process license – AXENS – with the replacement of the catalyst system.
Kremenchuk Oil Refinery produced 95,749 tonnes of A-95 petrol in January-September 2015, 241,653 tonnes of A-92 petrol, 333,806 tonnes of diesel fuel and 94,722 tonnes of jet fuel.
Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 43.05% stake in Ukrtatnafta, and 28% each is controlled by the structures of Privat Group and businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky.
