Ukraine pays UAH 150 mln to Russia for emergency power assistance in July – NCER
Ukraine paid UAH 150 million to Russia for emergency electricity assistance in July, former member of the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) Andriy Herus wrote on his Facebook page.
According to him, Ukraine in January-August paid another UAH 1.367 billion for electricity imports from Russia.
As reported, with reference to the State Fiscal Service, in January-July 2015 Ukraine imported electricity worth $56.311 million, in particular power imports from Russia were worth $56.311 million, from Moldova - $6,000.
In August 2015, Ukraine imported Russian electricity for $6.487 million.
