Dismissed Aviation Service head Antoniuk seeking reinstatement in court
The former head of the State Aviation Service of Ukraine Denys Antoniuk has filed a lawsuit to the Kyiv District Administrative Court demanding recognition of the resolution on his dismissal as illegal.
According to the Judiciary of Ukraine online portal, the lawsuit was filed against the State Aviation Service and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Antoniuk has also demanded his reinstatement. The lawsuit was registered on October 2, 2015.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers on September 4 posted on its website order No. 882-r on dismissing Antoniuk as head of the State Aviation Service for violating the oath of a public servant.
