Ukrainian veterinary service publishes procedure, rules for exports of dairy products to China
The State Veterinary and Bio-security Service of Ukraine has published information on the conditions of exports of Ukrainian dairy products to China on its official website.
According to the report, it is permitted to export only those dairy products which are defined for each authorized company with the relevant permit from the Certification and Accreditation Administration of the People's Republic of China (CNCA).
Ukrainian companies-exporters (distributors) and Chinese importers are to observe order No. 152 of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) on the administrative measures for inspection and quarantine during exports-imports of dairy products.
The registration of the authorized Ukrainian companies is in effect for four years. If contractors want to extend it, one year before it expires they are to apply to the CNCA via the national authorized agency.
