Aeroflot closes sales of tickets to Kyiv, Odesa from Oct 25
Russian Airlines closed sales on airline tickets for flights along the routes Moscow-Kyiv, Moscow-Odesa and St. Petersburg-Kyiv from October 25, the airline said in a statement.
It was noted that this is connected with the decision of the Ukrainian authorities to ban flights of Russian airlines to this country.
Aeroflot said that tickets that were purchased earlier for flights to this country with departures after October 25 are subject to refund.
On September 25 the Ukrainian cabinet of ministers decided to ban the flights of Russian airlines to the country, including Aeroflot and Transaero. The state aviation service then said that Russian airlines affected by Ukrainian sanctions are banned to fly to Ukraine from the start of winter navigation, from October 25.
