Ukrnafta to pay dividends for 2014 in near future - new CEO
PJSC Ukrnafta intends to pay UAH 632 billion to the state in dividends for 2014 in the near future, new CEO Mark Rollins has said at a press conference in Kyiv.
"I hope that obligations on dividends for 2014 will be fulfilled in the near future, possibly even this week," he said.
Rollins added that Ukrnafta plans to pay dividends for other periods to the state by the end of the year.
He announced a plan to reshuffle the company's management team, but refused to discuss specific candidates.
According to Rollins, his wage at Ukrnafta is composed of a fixed part and bonuses.
Naftogaz Ukrainy Head Andriy Kobolev, in turn, said that the bonuses of the Ukrnafta head will depend on payment of dividends, as well as the development of a new company's development strategy, which should be presented in early 2016.
