PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk), the largest Ukrainian bank, on September 23 paid the coupon on eurobonds worth $200 million, the maturity term of which was postponed from September 2015 to January 2018, in the full amount, in accordance with the issue terms.
As reported, on September 8, Privatbank signed a supplementary credit agreement with holders of bonds worth $200 million, under which the bank increased the credit rate from 9.375% to 10.25% per annum and extended the date of repaying on the bonds.
PrivatBank was founded in 1992. The bank was the largest one among the 127 operating banks in the country on July 1, 2015 by total assets (UAH 240.01 billion), according to the National Bank of Ukraine.
