Ukraine accumulates 15.3 bcm of gas in underground facilities – Ukrtransgaz
Natural gas stocks in underground gas storage facilities of Ukraine as of Monday morning reached 15.3 billion cubic meters, the press service of public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz has reported.
The press service said that since early September 2015, Ukrainian underground gas storage facilities have received 800 million cubic meters of gas. Daily pumping totals 38.7 million cubic meters.
Ukrtransgaz, which is wholly owned by NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy, operates a system of trunk pipelines and 12 underground storage facilities in Ukraine with a total storage capacity of 31 bcm.
