Yatseniuk, new Ukrnafta Head agree on urgent dividends payout
Ukrainian Prime Minster Arseniy Yatseniuk has met with new the Head of Ukrnafta PJSC Mark Rollins and agreed on a dividends payout to the state, the press service of the government has reported.
"Rollins will start working as soon as his contract is properly approved and signed. According to the agreement, the contract will be signed as soon as possible. And the dividends must be paid out to the state as soon as possible," the press service said.
The press service noted that Yatseniuk and Rollins agreed on the conditions of the employment contract.
"The conditions correspond with the expectations of both parties and will be brought for approval by Ukrnafta's supervisory council. The next sitting of the council is [to be] held this week," the report said.
