Naftogaz announces tender to select Ukrtransnafta CEO
NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy has announced a tender to select the new director general of PJSC Ukrtransnafta, the press service of the holding has reported.
Applications will be accepted until September 17, 2015 inclusively.
As reported, on May 13 Roman Sydorak was appointed as acting director general of Ukrtransnafta. The term of his powers is set from May 13, 2015 until the new director general is elected at a general shareholders meeting.
Naftogaz Ukrainy owns 100% of shares in Ukrtransnafta.
