Ukrnafta management prevent revision commission from entering company's admin building
The management of PJSC Ukrnafta and Executive Director Volodymyr Pustovarov have prevented the revision commission to enter the administrative building of the company, according to a statement signed by head of the revision commission Vadym Svirin.
According to the statement, the revision commission planned to conduct checks on the artificial withdrawal of profits through Unibud company and to verify facts contained in a letter of the prosecutor's office in Ivano-Frankivsk region dated August 11, 2015 (No. 17-532).
As reported, Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, while the group of companies related to the shareholders of PrivatBank holds about 42% of the shares.
