New Ukrnafta head refuses to include dividend payments by company in employment contract - source
The new head of PJSC Ukrnafta, British citizen Mark Rollins, has refused to include the issue of dividend payments by the company in his employment contract, a source at Naftogaz Ukrainy has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"He flatly refused to include in the contract the issue of paying dividends and taxes. He argues that he will come and there is no money in the accounts," the source said.
As reported, on September 1 Ukrnafta announced the termination of its obligations on dividends for 2011-2014 for a total of UAH 2.412 billion on account of it covering Naftogaz's debts for gas received in 2008.
