Coal stocks at warehouses of thermal power plants (TPPs) of DTEK energy holding in the period from August 17 to August 23 grew by 2.4% or 24,400 tonnes, to 1.039 million tonnes, the company's press service has reported.
Over the period, 350,400 tonnes of coal was sent to the TPPs, including 289,900 tonnes of long-flame coal and 60,500 tonnes of anthracite and short-flame coal.
In the period from August 27 to August 23, DTEK's TPPs burnt 326,000 tonnes of coal and transmitted 660.7 million kWh of electricity.
DTEK was founded in 2005 to manage the energy assets of SCM (Donetsk), which belongs to Rinat Akhmetov.
