Ukrtransnafta completes repair of pipeline section adjacent to Kremenchuk oil refiner
PJSC Ukrtransnafta by 18:10 on August 8 completed work on replacing two defective sections on the 143rd km of the Hlynske-Rozbyshivka-Kremenchuk trunk oil pipeline.
"Thanks to the coordinated work of the Ukrtransnafta staff the repair of the "conflict" section of the pipeline delivering oil to Kremenchuk refinery has been completed ahead of schedule, the pipeline has been put in operation. The Ukrtransnafta manager immediately notified the dispatching services of Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta of the readiness to resume oil transportation," Naftogaz Ukrainy Executive Director Andriy Pasishnyk wrote on his Facebook page.
"Thus, the usual technical problem, using which some people tried to artificially turn the issue into confrontation between the labor collectives of the friendly enterprises, has been eliminated. The conflict has been exhausted!" he added.
As reported, Ukrtransnafta said one of the pipelines pumping oil to Kremenchuk oil refinery needs repair and suspended its work. In response persons, who introduced the members of Ukrtatnafta, organized a picket near the Ukrtransnafta office.
