Agrarian Fund pays UAH 333 mln in dividends for 2014

PJSC Agrarian Fund in the first half of 2015 paid dividends in the amount of UAH 333 million for 2014 to the state.

According to a statement on the company's website, dividends were accrued in accordance with the Cabinet resolution of April 22, 2015, according to which the company must pay 50% of net profit for 2014 to the state.

In 2014 PJSC Agrarian Fund paid dividends in the amount of UAH 42 million for 2013.

As reported, in 2014 Agrarian Fund saw net profit rise by almost eight times, to UAH 666.8 million, net income grew from UAH 2.748 million in 2013 to UAH 2.77 billion in 2014.

In January-June 2015 the company saw a net profit of UAH 624.635 million, which is 58.3% more than in the same period in 2014. Its net income for the period decreased by 30.4%, to UAH 1.398 billion.

PJSC Agrarian Fund was created by the government decree in spring 2013. Its charter capital is UAH 5 billion.
