Moscow not considering gas discount to Ukraine in Q3 2015 – Novak
Russia is not considering the option of giving Ukraine a new gas discount in the third quarter of this year, Energy Minister Alexander Novak said.
"No, this is not being considered," he told reporters, answering a relevant question.
"Why would we consider this; the price is the market price quoted at a discount, and any new decisions regarding this issue are unnecessary," he said.
"This is a measured decision made in the end of the previous quarter, in late June," Novak said.
