The shareholders of PJSC Ukrnafta have approved the members of the supervisory council, replacing one member.
According to an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent, at a meeting on July 22 the shareholders elected another representative of minority shareholders, Ihor Palitsa, the former head of Odesa Regional State Administration and the former head of Ukrnafta, instead of Tymur Novikov.
Andriy Kobolev, Serhiy Konovets, Serhiy Pereloma, Petro Stoliar, Yaroslav Tekliuk and Polina Zahnytko were re-elected as supervisory council members from Naftogaz.
Ihor Kolomoisky, Hennadiy Boholiubov, Mykhailo Kiperman and Uriel Zvi Laber were re-elected to the supervisory council from minority stockholders.
