SPF not considering giving Kolomoisky priority purchase right for Odesa Port-Side Plant – SPF head
The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) is not considering the possibility of giving businessman Ihor Kolomoisky the priority right to buy Odesa Port-Side Plant, SPF Head Ihor Bilous has told reporters.
"Kolomoisky wants too much, does he? He wants, but we move our own way," Bilous said.
As reported, Businessman Ihor Kolomoisky said on Wednesday that he expects to receive the priority right to the privatization of Odesa Port-Side Plant.
"We want to secure our position and we should appeal to the State Property Fund with a proposal of signing an amicable agreement on the court [with respect to the results of the contest in which the winner was Nortima LLC], which will stipulate that the tender will be transparent, the starting price will not be lower than UAH 5 billion," he told reporters in Kyiv.
