MTS to acquire 100% of NVision Group, including Ukrainian division, by late 2015
Mobile operator Mobile Telesystems (Russia) intends to complete a transaction to acquire 100% of JSC NVision Group, including the Ukrainian division, by the end of 2015, MTS Press Secretary Dmitry Solodovnikov told Interfax-Ukraine.
"By the end of 2015 within the second phase MTS will buy 100% of JSC NVision Group from Sistema Telecoms Assets LLC and OJSC RTI, fully acquiring the business of IT services, including the Ukrainian division," he said.
According to the website of JSFC Sistema (the owner of 100% of NVision Group and a controlling stake in Russia's MTS), the cost of the transaction, including the debt obligations of NVision Group, will be up to 15 billion Russian rubles.
NVision Group is engaged in the development of information and communications solutions and services.
