SCM enters board of Dutch DTEK Energy

SCM Management B.V. has been a member of the board of DTEK Energy B.V. (the Netherlands) since July 10.

According to a report of the largest private energy holding of Ukraine – DTEK, on the London Stock Exchange, SCM Management replaced Vistra (Amsterdam) B.V.

Along with SCM Management, the board of DTEK Energy at present includes DTEK Management B.V.

DTEK was founded in 2005 to manage the energy assets of Donetsk-based SCM, owned by businessman Rinat Akhmetov.
