Centrenergo, Odesa port-side chemical plant, six regional power distributors top 2015 privatization list – State Property Fund

PJSC Centrenergo, Odesa port-side chemical plant and six regional power distribution companies top the privatization list for 2015, head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine Ihor Bilous said at a government meeting on Wednesday.

"Among the key assets [to be offered for sale in 2015] are the following: Centrenergo, Odesa port-side chemical plant, six local small-sized stations in towns and six regional distribution companies whose controlling stakes will be offered for sale at open auction-type tenders. All these companies are to be privatized this year," he said.
