Efficient gas solution with Russia should settle debatable issues before April 2016 - Naftogaz
An efficient solution to the gas issue with Russia must be trilateral, binding and reflective of provisional agreements over all debatable aspects at least before the end of the first quarter of 2016, according to Naftogaz Ukrainy.
