SPF approves list of 30 state companies eligible for privatization in 2015

The State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) has approved a list of 30 companies of group E, the state stakes in the charter capital of which are eligible for privatization with the participation of the fund and its regional departments in 2015.

The fund said in its website that the list was approved by fund order No. 857 of June 15, 2015.

According to the document, it is planned to privatize state stakes in 26 state enterprises with the participation of the fund: PrJSC President Hotel (100%), PJSC Ukrainian Bank for Reconstruction and Development (99.994%), PrJSC Ukrainian Energy Saving Servicing Company (99.659%, all based in Kyiv).

The list also includes CJSC Specialized Joint-Stock Insurance Company Speceximstrakh (51%, Kyiv), JV in the form of Keramnadra LLC (50.45%, Muzhiyevo, Zakarpattia region), PrJSC State Research and Industrial Complex of Autological Blood and Blood Components Production and Storage (50.998%, Kyiv), PJSC Azovmash (50%, Mariupol, Donetsk region) and Town of Disabled LLC (50%, Kyiv).

Stakes in the following companies will be privatized: PJSC Nauka research and industrial concern (46.449%, Kyiv),Ukrainian-Swiss JV in the form of Tema LLC (40%, Kyiv) and Svit Lasoschiv LLC (40%, Cherkasy).

The list also includes PrJSC Tyumen-Mediko-Smila (38.022%, Smila, Cherkasy region), PrJSC Horlytsia Airline (35.694%), PrJSC Nova Haleschyna Biofactory (33.33%, Poltava region), Prolisok recreation center LLC (31.07%, Kozyn, Kyiv region), PrJSC Unpcom (30%, Khmelnytsky) and PrJSC Atomprofzdorovnytsia (30%, Kyiv).

With the participation of the fund it is also planned to privatize state stakes in Commercial Fleet of Donbas (25.1%, Mariupol, Donetsk region), Training and Evaluation Center for Non-Destructive Testing (25.003%, Kyiv), PrJSC Siversky meat and dairy complex (25%, Chaikyne, Chernihiv region), PrJSC Ista-center (21.552%, Dnipropetrovsk) and PrJSC M-Service (20.391%, Kyiv).

The list also includes Odesaproject design and research institute (13.64%, Odesa), Emalkhimprom LLC (12.455%, Kremenchuk, Poltava region), United Engineering Company LLC (0.99%, Dnipropetrovsk) and PJSC Ukrsotsbank (0.00004%, Kyiv).

With the participation of regional departments of the fund the state stakes in the following companies could be privatized in 2015: Ukrainian-Canadian JV in the form of Donbas-Liberty LLC (48.29%, Khartsyzsk, Donetsk region), Budylka Experimental Plant (23.057%, Budylka, Sumy region), Lypchanblok LLC (22.5%, Lypcha, Zakarpattia region) and Polynom DN LLC (3.3535%, Donetsk).
