Ukrgazvydobuvannia sells rights to two wells to MP Onischenko's business group for UAH 900,000
Public joint-stock company Ukrgazvydobuvannia on February 26, 2014 sold the right to use wells Nos. 11 and 12 of Babchynske field (Ivano-Frankivsk region) to Natural Resources+ (Myronivka, Kyiv region) for the period until 2023 for UAH 904,000 (value added tax included).
A copy of the sale and purchase agreement was posted on the Facebook page of MP Tetiana Chornovol.
"In several days after the shooting on Maidan Natural Resources+ received the right of using state-owned gas wells at the small price… However, it was unknown who are their real owner [was]. Today, everything is back in its place. Chornovol taking a photo of the documents wanted to show that the actual owner is MP Oleksandr Onischenko (Kadyrov)," reads the post.
Onischenko believes that attention given by Chornovol to the operation of his business group is in response to the accusations of Serhiy Pashynsky's group (to which Onischenko includes Chornovol) alleging fuel fraud.
