"The previous head of Ukrtransnafta Lazorko won the first court insurance on revoking the decision of the supervisory board on his suspension from the post. The court hearing was specially initiated by Privat to legalize the agreements under which state funds were placed on deposits of PrivatBank for two months on the day when Lazorko was suspended from the post," he said.
Pasishnyk said that Lazorko has not appeared at the company since June 1, 2015 and he has not given a reason for his absence.
