Ukrnafta revises net profit upwards, to UAH 4.5 bln
PJSC Ukrnafta, the country's largest oil extracting company, has announced new figures for net profit for 2014 – UAH 4.495 billion.
According to a company report on its website, pre-tax profit amounted to UAH 5.481 billion, profit tax was UAH 986.6 million.
"Thus, net profit reached UAH 4.495 billion. Net sales income amounted to UAH 37.9 billion," the company said.
As reported, on April 30 Ukrnafta in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market announced data on net profit for 2014. According to its data, last year net profit rose by 6.6 times compared to 2013, to UAH 1.265 billion.
Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, a group of companies related to the shareholders of PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) - about 42% of the shares.
