Ukrainian companies import gas for $312.5/1,000 cubic meters in April - ministry
Ukrainian companies (in addition to Naftogaz Ukrainy) in April imported gas for their own needs at an average price of UAH 7,332 ($312.5) per 1,000 cubic meters, the press service of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has said.
As reported, Naftogaz Ukrainy in the first quarter of 2015 imported gas from the European Union at an average weighted price of $304 per 1,000 cubic meters. At the same time, Ukraine during this period bought gas from Russia's Gazprom (under the winter package terms) at $337 per 1,000 cubic meters.
