Diplomat Perebiynis becomes Ukrainian ambassador to Latvia
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has appointed Yevhen Perebiynis, former Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesman, to the post of ambassador of Ukraine to Latvia, the Ukrainian presidential website has reported, citing a decree issued on May 10.
