Ukraine demonstrates real progress in bringing peace to Donbas - Poroshenko
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has reiterated Kyiv's determination to find a peaceful solution to the conflict in Donbas.
"Ukraine is an absolute firm supporter of the steady implementation of all 13 items, without exception, of the Minsk agreements," Poroshenko told journalists in Berlin during his visit to Germany on Wednesday.
He said that Ukraine is demonstrating real progress in maintaining the ceasefire, withdrawing its troops, as well as in the meetings of the subgroups of the Trilateral Contact Group, held last week in Minsk, Belarus.
"We're interested in addressing the concerns, which working groups are facing today both in the security sector, as well as in the political, economic and humanitarian sectors. Unfortunately, today we have to acknowledge that we have no ceasefire, since Ukraine loses her best sons every day, Ukraine can't wait until hostages are liberated from captivity," Poroshenko added.
