Cabinet fires financial inspection chief Hordiyenko, internal probe documents to send to PGO
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine at a cabinet meeting on Saturday decided to dismiss Head of the State Financial Inspectorate of Ukraine Mykola Hordiyenko.
The press service of the cabinet reported that a report of Head of the National Public Service Kostiantyn Vaschenko on the results of the internal investigation into officials of the State Financial Inspectorate was heard.
"Taking into account many offences established during the internal investigation, it was decided to dismiss Hordiyenko from the post of head of the State Financial Inspectorate and to send the investigation materials to Public Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine," reads the report.
