Gazprom to grant Naftogaz request for 5 mln cubic meters of gas on April 1

Ukraine's Naftogaz cut consumption of Russian gas on March 31.

"Naftogaz reduced consumption of Russian gas yesterday. At present it still has prepaid gas left," Sergei Kupriyanov, spokesman for Russia's Gazprom, told reporters.

"They requested 5 million cubic meters of gas for April 1 and Gazprom will grant this," he said.
