NCER cuts limit on price of gas for industrial consumers by 19.1%
The National Commission of Ukraine for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has cut the limit on the price of gas for industrial consumers and budget-funded organizations by 19.1%, from UAH 8,900 to UAH 7,200 per 1,000 cubic meters (value added tax, extra charges, transportation, distribution and supply tariffs are not included).
An Interfax-Ukraine correspondent has reported that the decision was made by the regulator in Kyiv on Tuesday.
The commission said that Naftogaz Ukrainy had submitted calculations to the commission, according to which it was proposed that the price limit be set at UAH 7,228 per 1,000 cubic meters.
