Poroshenko expects Rada to adopt bills on natural gas market – Presidential Administration
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko expects the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to adopt the bills on the natural gas market by April 10, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Dmitry Shymkiv has said.
"The president noted that next week the bills on natural gas market should be considered at second reading," Shymkiv said at a briefing on the National Reforms Council.
According to Shymkiv, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk is also expecting the adoption of the bills.
In addition, the energy reform program was discussed at the meeting. It was presented by Energy and Coal Industry Minister Volodymyr Demchyshyn, and Naftogaz Ukrainy Chief Executive Officer Andriy Kobolev.
