Poroshenko predicts economic growth in Ukraine in 2016
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that economic growth in the country will be restored in 2016.
"I'm sure it [economic growth] will be restored in 2016," he said while speaking at Chernihiv Regional State Administration, and he added that subsidy payments to low-income families had to be ensured by then.
Poroshenko said he wasn't satisfied with the level of information provided on subsidies.
"I will keep my eyes on both the government and the Social Policy Ministry. I demand that they provide full-featured information on grating subsidies," he said.
He then gave an order to both central and local authorities to provide proper information on subsidies and to arrange them for low-income citizens.
