Ukraine to suspend gas pumping from underground storage facilities on March 30
Ukraine will from 06:00 on March 30 suspended natural gas pumping from its gas underground storage facilities, the press service of public joint-stock company Ukrtransgaz reported on Monday.
The press service said that since the beginning of the heating season 2014/15, 9.093 billion cubic meters (bcm) of gas was pumped from underground storage facilities, which is 11% down from a year ago.
As of March 30 gas stocks in underground storage facilities totaled 7.712 bcm, which is 7.4% more than a year ago, the press service said.
