Dmytro Firtash's Group DF has changed the name of private joint-stock company Crimea Titan (the place of registration is Kyiv) to Ukrainian Chemical Products, according to the state register of companies.
Ukrainian Chemical Products has three divisions – Irshansk mining and processing plant (GOK), Vilnohirsk mining and metallurgical plant, and Armiansk branch (Crimea, the Crimea Titan plant is located there).
Previously, Ukrainian media outlets had reported that Group DF had leased the Crimea Titan plant to Russia's Titan Investment LLC.
As reported, Crimea Titan is located in territory occupied by Russia, while raw materials to the plant are supplied from the Ukrainian mainland.
