Motor Sich will pay UAH 24 per share in dividends for 2014

PJSC Motor Sich (Zaporizhia) will pay UAH 24 per share in dividends for 2014.

One of the plant's shareholders told Interfax-Ukraine the decision was approved at an annual shareholders' meeting on March 26.

According to the shareholder, UAH 49.9 million will be paid in dividends from the previously declared net profit of UAH 1.547 billion under international financial reporting standards (IFRS).

In 2013, the plant paid UAH 29.4 million in dividends, while its net profit was UAH 1.376 billion. The amount of dividends per share in 2013 was UAH 12.

Motor Sich is one of the world's largest manufacturers of engines, aircraft and industrial gas turbines. It supplies products to 106 countries.
