Ukrnafta has to pay dividends for 2011-2013 by April 10
PJSC Ukrnafta, according to a shareholders' decision of November 10, 2014, has to pay dividends for 2011-2013 by April 10, 2015, the company's press service has reported.
"The shareholders at a general meeting decided to pay dividends for 2011-2013 in the amount of UAH 3.799 billion. Ukrnafta will pay dividends in the term established by the general meeting, namely by April 10, 2015. Thus, it is currently inappropriate to talk about the violation of the dividend payment term. However, we pay attention [to the fact] that UAH 120 million of the sum has been allocated to the national budget of Ukraine," reads the report.
The company said that in 2003-2010 Ukrnafta paid dividends worth UAH 9.093 billion.
As reported, Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, and a group of companies related to the shareholders of PrivatBank owns about 42% of the shares.
