Budget decentralization should be completed by 2016 – PM

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that the process of budget decentralization should be completed by the end of 2015.

Speaking in Kyiv on Thursday during the government's report on its first 100 days, he said that the first phase of budget decentralization was over.

"We hope that the constitutional commission will draw up a new wording of the Constitution, which will ensure additional authority and responsibility for the regions," he said.
