Poroshenko signs law on tax-free defense product imports
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a law which removes hurdles hampering the tax-free importation of defensive weapons from the United States, Canada, Brazil, China, India and most of the European countries.
Law No.168-VIII of February 10 2015 amends Paragraph 1 of the Law on Amendments to the Tax Code on ax Exemptions for Defense-Purpose Products, the presidential press service reported.
The law also bans deliveries of defense-purpose products from the "occupier and aggressor states," and from the country's occupied territory.
