Vojany-Uzhgorod additional capacity fully booked up to 2017 - Eustream
During the Open Season procedure, Slovakian gas transportation system operator Eustream a.s. received a sufficient number of bids to use 8.5 million cubic meters of gas per day in additional capacity at the Vojany-Uzhgorod gas pipeline, which is used to transport natural gas from Slovakia to Ukraine.
"Demand from shippers again exceeded offered capacity. The throughput capacity of the Vojany-Uzhgorod pipeline has been booked all the way up to the end of 2016," Eustream said on its website.
The Vojany-Uzhgorod pipeline's capacity had previously been estimated at 27 million cubic meters per day, but this was later increased to 31.5 million cubic meters and then to 40 million cubic meters per day.
