Ukraine and UAE to sign military-technological cooperation accord
The Ukrainian government has approved a draft agreement on military-technological cooperation with the United Arab Emirates.
On February 23, the cabinet instructed Ukrainian Armed Forces General Staff Chief Viktor Muzhenko to sign the document.
Ukraine's previous agreement on military-technological cooperation with the United Arab Emirates, signed on February 20, 2013, was invalidated.
During his February 23-24 visit to the United Arab Emirates, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is expected to attend the IDEX 2015 International Defense Exhibition and Conference. Muzhenko is a member of Poroshenko's delegation.
